1. What are the working hours for ordering? What is the shipping date?
From Monday to Friday, customer service online time is (9:00-18:00UTC+8). 
After you place an order and pay, we will generally ship it within 2 working days (except for large shipments). After delivery, customers can check the invoice number in the user center - my order.

 

2. Why is the item I ordered and it hasn't arrived yet?
It is possible that your order is in the process of logistics, and I believe it will be delivered to you soon. If the goods are not received for more than 1 week, we will contact the logistics department to help you negotiate and solve such problems. If you have any questions about your order, please contact customer service for consultation.

 

3. If I do not register, can I still buy it?
Sorry, you can't buy without registration. The reason is this: if you don't register, your order cannot be saved in the system. If there is an after-sales problem, it will cause you a lot of trouble, and your shopping points cannot be saved. , you can't buy some member special products, so we recommend that you register before purchasing.

5. What if I can't find the product I want?
Try searching by product name A-Z or enter a keyword in the search box. You can also use site page navigation to find products by category.

 

6. Are out-of-stock products shipped separately from in-stock products, or are they shipped together when they are restocked?
Items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, while out-of-stock items will be shipped separately when back in stock, your out-of-stock items will be shipped the same business day we receive inventory, and we will email you to let us know that products are in transit.

 

7. How to cancel an order?
You can cancel your order in 2 ways:

(1) Within 15 minutes of purchase, you can cancel your order through the "My Account/My Account" page. You can find the "Cancel Order/Cancel Order" option here.

(2) You can cancel your order through our customer service team before the product ships. You need to contact them before 6pm as our customer service department will be closed after this time. If the order is not cancelled, the order will be processed automatically by the warehouse or by the customer service team. We are committed to picking, packing and ready to send within an hour of receiving an order at our warehouse. If you are unable to contact us within an hour of placing your order, you may not be able to cancel your order.
